What data we collect
Table reservations. When you request a table through this site, we store the name, email, phone number, date, time, number of guests and any notes you provide, so the restaurant can process your request. This data is shared only with the restaurant you're booking with.
Admin accounts. Restaurant owners and site administrators have login accounts (username, email, encrypted password) used only to manage the site's content and reservations.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies and Google Analytics
This site can use Google Analytics to understand, in general terms, how many people visit and which pages are most useful — this helps us improve the content for the parish.
Analytics cookies are only activated if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. IP addresses are anonymised. You can change your choice at any time using the link below.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To do so, or for any question about this policy, contact the São Luís Parish Council.
Data retention
Reservation data is kept for as long as needed to manage the booking and for a reasonable period afterwards for the restaurant's own records, then may be deleted on request.
