Ar Terra Bistro is on Rua da Igreja, in the centre of São Luís, and opens in the late afternoon and evening. It was set up by Salomé Aroeira and Carolina Guerreiro, with an approach built on reusing and recovering "the knowledge, and the flavours, of our grandparents", designed for all ages and different dietary preferences.

In 2023 the project won first prize in the New Business Initiatives category of the FACECO Entrepreneurial Spirit Award.

The space has regional décor and a balcony with a view, and the menu includes vegan options.
